A few days ago someone on here asked about golf brands similar to Swag Golf. I have a hobby (habit) of finding smaller brands on Instagram and getting their stuff, so I made a compilation here. I also own some fun products from bigger companies, so I thought I’d show them off too :) Maybe you’re tired of spending money on clubs and want to get some cool accessories, maybe you’re looking for a gift for a loved one, or maybe you just like looking at golf stuff. Either way, I hope you enjoy this post!

First, a picture of all of the blade putter covers I own (they’re on irons just for this picture, I don’t own this many putters!!) https://imgur.com/a/tOFp2nP

Top row, from left to right: Swag Golf, American Putter Company, Dirty Larry Golf, 616 Golf Co

Bottom Row, Left to Right: American Putter Company, Sugar Skull Golf, American Putter Company, Odyssey, Odyssey, Carbon Putters (but made by PRG originals).

The two highest quality covers (which happen to be my favorites) are from Swag Golf (https://imgur.com/a/LwalaQ0) and Sugar Skull Golf (https://imgur.com/a/hDqPlik). Top notch embroidery, strong magnetic closure, velvet-y interior. These two companies do limited releases every week or two, and sometimes the covers difficult to get before they sell out. I don’t like many of their designs, which is good for my wallet. When they do release something cool I throw my name in the lottery!

American Putter Company has some great designs. The rainbow headcover on the bottom left is great quality and will last a long time. We’ll see about the azalea print and the eagle print...They’re made on fake leather that looks prone to cracking. https://imgur.com/a/L4qygoX

The 616 headcover is neoprene. It’s really good quality, but I’m way more impressed by they’re ball markers and divot tools. (See main picture)

I’m hoping that Gibbons Handmade releases something really cool soon. I don’t have any of their covers (yet!) but they’ve released some fantastic stuff in the past.

The odyssey covers have a soft velvet interior, awesome embroidery, but it’s on some cheap leather. I don’t think I’ll buy any of their covers again. They did a collab with Seamus golf headcovers last April for the masters. If they do that again I might snag them up. https://imgur.com/a/pPg1KW7

This Taylormade mallet cover is one of my favorites. It was released for the 2019 PGA Championship. They’ve been releasing some neat putter cover designs lately and if they are constructed as well as this one is, they’ll be worth every penny! https://imgur.com/a/9OykJZz

I’ve also acquired some pretty cool wood covers.

Pins and Aces: I won these headcovers in a giveaway and they are really well constructed. If you decide to visit their website, be warned that their marketing (and some of their headcovers) is very politically charged. https://imgur.com/a/ZNwWbmh

Sugar Skull Golf: more really well made headcovers. I can’t recommend this brand enough. The velvet interior matches the embroidery on the outside, which is a nice touch. https://imgur.com/a/Efmcv3p

Callaway: cool design, and I’m a sucker for clovers. But these are so cheaply made that I can’t believe they are as expensive as they are. https://imgur.com/a/1QVspw6

Lastly, I own some sweet golf bags that I love.

Bridgestone 2019 Masters Edition mini Staff Bag: I use this one in the men’s league on weekends. I get lots of compliments on it. The green and white is just a great combo, and the American flag patch on the side is a nice touch. https://imgur.com/a/g1r2z60

Cobra 2019 PGA Championship Staff Bag: I haven’t used this one yet. It is such a cool bag with so many great details. It’s made by vessel golf and I love everything about it. The zippers pockets have “warning!” printed on them, which is my favorite feature. https://imgur.com/a/lK8e3da

Taylormade 2019 US Open Staff Bag: this is the cream of the crop. I’m not sure I will ever have the guts to actually use this bag. I’m saving it for something special... if I qualify for the AZ Amateur Championship this year maybe I’ll bring it out. The details on this thing are insane! Barbecue recipes are printed in the pockets, a map to pebble beach is printed on the front, a cypress tree is on the pouch too. There are stars embossed all around the bag. I love everything this bag. https://imgur.com/a/XGWVPZs

Thanks for reading! If anyone is curious, the painting in the background is called “PaperTiger” by Elwood Risk.
