Unlocking increasingly speed and loftiness through engineering innovations like Carbonfly Wrap without sacrificing its industry-leading forgiveness, PING has introduced the G430 family for golfers of all skill levels.
The new custom-fit, tailor-made G430 family consists of three suburbanite models (MAX, LST, SFT), three fairway wood designs (MAX, LST, SFT) in multiple lofts, six hybrid choices and an iron set (4-9, PW, 45.5°, 50°, 54°, 58°).
In the new drivers, PING’s engineering team ripened several new technologies worldwide to all three models while applying specific advancements to each individual head, producing measurable ball-speed gains while improving sound throughout the series. The widow wittiness speed is attributed to a shallower and thinner VFT forged squatter diamond engineered with Spinsistency, a variable roll radius technology proven on the G425 fairway woods and hybrids. The improved and pleasing sound is the result of fine-tuning the frequencies of the throne through a new internal rib structure.
The MAX is still the MAX
The MAX (460cc) remains the most forgiving and fits the widest range of golfers. A 25-gram, high-density tungsten moveable backweight influences shot shape ±10 yards between the Draw, Neutral and Fade settings. Loft is willowy ±1.5° and lie up to 3° unappetizing from standard using the 8-setting Trajectory Tuning 2.0 hosel.
G430 MAX specs
Head Size 460 cc, Lofts 9°, 10.5°, 12°, Std. Length 45 ¾”, Avg. Lie Angle 58.5°, Throne Weight 206g, Std. Swingweight D3
Introducing the LST with CarbonFly Wrap Technology
Exclusive to the LST (Low Spin Technology) suburbanite is Carbonfly Wrap, a lightweight composite that covers the crown and wraps into the heel/toe sections of the skirt to save weight and lower the CG for increasingly wittiness speed, less spin and higher MOI. The 8-layer, one-piece composite saves four grams and weighs 11.5g fully installed. A moveable 22-gram, high-density tungsten backweight influences shot shape ±7 yards between the Draw, Neutral and Fade settings. At 440cc, the smaller tour-style LST willowy ±1.5° and lie up to 3° unappetizing from standard and weightier fits faster swing speeds or those in need of lowering spin.

Head Size 440 cc, Lofts 9°, 10.5°, Std. Length 45 ¾”, Avg. Lie Angle 57°, Throne Weight 208g, Std. Swingweight D4, Willowy backweight in SFT
New to the SFT (Straight Flight Technology)
The throne (460cc) is a two-setting, moveable tungsten backweight (22g) that positions the CG to unhook 13 yards of right-to-left shot wrench in the Draw setting and flipside 7 yards in the Draw (20 yards total). Willowy ±1.5° and up to 3° unappetizing from standard.

Head Size 460 cc, Lofts 10.5°, Std. Length 45 ¾”, Avg. Lie Angle 58.5°, Throne Weight 200g, Std. Swingweight C9
G430 Fairway Woods
In all the G430 fairways, we’ve ripened Carbonfly Wrap to unhook increasingly loftiness by positioning the CG closer to the gravity line to maximize wittiness speed, resulting in higher, longer carries, whether fit for the MAX or SFT model. The lightweight composite crown wraps into the heel and toe sections of the skirt, creating weight savings of 10 grams which are reallocated to unzip the lower the CG and increase wittiness speed. The composite moreover plays a role in the pleasing sound. A tungsten backweight extends the perimeter weighting to ensure forgiveness.
Two proven technologies from the previous generation siphon over and contribute to loftiness gains and spin consistency wideness the clubface. With FaceWrap Technology, a variable-thickness, high-strength maraging steel squatter wraps into the sole and crown of the stainless steel head, generating increasingly flexing for faster wittiness speed and higher launch for greater distance. The variable roll radius of Spinsistency improves performance wideness the squatter (especially on thin shots) by reducing spin to increase wittiness speed from the maraging steel face.
Each of the models is engineered to help produce widow loftiness and forgiveness for a variety of skill levels. The MAX fits the widest range of golfers with four options (3W/15°, 5W/18°, 7W/21°, 9W/24°), while the SFT is offered in three heads (3W/16°, 5W/19°, 7W/22°) with lighter swingweights to help square the squatter at impact.

The new G430 hybrids are loaded with innovations like Carbonfly Wrap, our newest technology and the key to increasingly loftiness and green-holding stopping power. Alongside proven technologies Facewrap Technology and Spinsistency, they unhook the speed and performance golfers need to take on any tideway shot. With six loft options (2H/17°, 3H/19°, 4H/22°, 5H/26°, 6H/30°, 7/34°) they are platonic mid- and long-iron replacements to help fill loftiness gaps in a player’s game. The lightweight, 8-position hosel enables adjustments for loft (±1.5°) and lie (3° flatter than std.) to remoter dial in wittiness flight for the weightier results.
The Carbonfly Wrap saves eight grams of weight (compared to a steel crown) that is allocated to lower the CG for increasing wittiness speed while providing a pleasing sound. The thin, upper strength maraging steel squatter wraps into the sole and crown of the stainless-steel soul to increase flexing, contributing to the higher wittiness speeds. Spinsistency’s variable roll radius creates less loft low on the squatter to modernize performance on thin shots by reducing spin and increasing wittiness speed for widow distance. A tungsten backweight extends the perimeter weighting to ensure forgiveness.

The multi-material iron produces loftiness gains of approximately 7-10 yards and improved verism throughout the set. It’s the result of a ramified diamond that combines a lower CG with stronger, custom engineered lofts and a thinner squatter that delivers up to 2 mph increasingly wittiness speed – leading to significant loftiness gains without compromising PING’s famous forgiveness.

A key freelancer to the widow loftiness is the PurFlex incision badge, an innovation with seven flex zones that allows increasingly self-ruling limp to increase wittiness speed wideness the face. In combination with a lower CG, the token contributes to the solid finger and pleasing impact sound. The stronger lofts wideness the set resulted in the wing of a 41° PW to ensure proper gapping options and unliable for standard lofts in the traditional scoring wedges (45.5°, 50°, 54°, 58°).
Among the refinements to the overall shape is a shorter hosel, which creates a increasingly compact, wipe squint and helps lower the CG, aligning it closer to the gravity line to increase wittiness speed and ensure solid impact, expressly low on the face. Approximately 1° of spare vellicate throughout the set provides wipe turf interaction and pure strikes, minimizing “heavy” shots that come up short. The high-density tungsten toe and shaft tip weights contribute to its upper MOI and produce tighter dispersion patterns. The hydropearl 2.0 chrome finish delivers resulting performance from wet or dry grass.
G430 Upper Launch (HL)
The G430 HL build is a new full-set custom option for slower swing speed golfers who don’t generate sufficient clubhead speed and wittiness velocity from traditionally weighted clubs. Custom engineered with lighter backweights (11g in suburbanite and 5.5g in fairways and hybrids), ultra-light shafts (Alta Quick 34/45) and grips (Lamkin UTx 41g), we’ve lowered the overall system weight so golfers can swing faster and generate increasingly wittiness speed for higher launching, longer delivering shots wideness the unshortened set. Available in G430 MAX and SFT drivers and fairway woods, hybrids and irons.
We can fit and preorder the G430 in-store at the Haggin Oaks Golf Super Shop located at 3645 Fulton Ave., Sacramento, CA. You can moreover buy them online at Morton golf Sales.
