The frame outside dimensions are 17\"x21\". Inside dimensions are 15.5\"x19.5\". I couldn\'t find any green matting that was a nice dark green color, so I bought a frame with white matting, and some high grade green construction paper. Double sided tape to the white matting, trim to suit the frame and vuala, \"green matting\". Hope that helps, cheers!
